I came to Askari for an internship and it was the first time that I come to South Africa. I am delighted to have discovered this country as a worker in a private reserve like Pidwa and not in a place where there is a lot of tourist. Askari is a volunteer programme very full, that taught me more than what I thought. Sharing an experience with people whoa re there for the same reasons as me, the passion of wild animals and the desire to protect, was also very enriching. I strongly advise to spend 4 weeks minimum to be able to discover the operation of a reserve, the time past very too fast and we discover new things every day.
